Kalpana Tailors works with companies and organisations to supply uniforms, workwear, and custom-branded apparel in volume. How Ordering Works
You don't pay when you place the order. We review everything first, then send an invoice with a secure payment link — the same approach as the Cash on Delivery option you'll see at checkout.
- Place your order Add your items (minimum 20 across the whole cart) with your sizes, colours, and any logo or embroidery, and submit. No payment is taken now — your order moves into a review status.
- We review your order & artwork Our team checks the details and your customization — including logo image quality and whether it will print cleanly on the garment — so the finished product looks its best.
- We send your invoice & payment link Once everything checks out, we raise an invoice based on your shipping address and reach out to confirm, with a secure link to pay.
- You pay securely Complete payment via the link to confirm and release your order to production.
- Production & delivery We produce and ship your order — typically within 10–15 working days, and often sooner depending on your shipping destination.
Want to see a proof before we produce the full run? Just leave a note in the customization when you order asking for a sample, and we'll share it with you over email before going ahead.
Minimum Order
Orders have a minimum of 20 items per cart. That total can be mixed however you like — for example 5 of one colour and 15 of another, across different styles — as long as the whole order adds up to 20 or more.
Custom Logo Printing & Embroidery
We handle logo printing and embroidery in-house. A high-resolution PNG is ideal; we can also work from PDF or JPG files. Whatever you send, please make sure it's the highest quality available — the sharper your artwork, the better it reproduces on fabric. We review every logo before production and will flag anything that won't print cleanly.
Sizing & Measurements
Getting the fit right across a whole team matters. Share your size breakdown and we'll guide you on our size charts. For larger uniform programmes, talk to us about the best way to capture measurements.
